For more than 25 years, AED has been applying social marketing to global health challenges, first on child survival projects in developing countries, and then HIV prevention worldwide. Today, we help clients and communities tackle issues as varied as chronic disease, obesity, smoking and substance use, reproductive health, pollution, healthcare, traffic safety, mental health, and immunization. We are widely known for our technical assistance and training that help planners apply social marketing and behavioral science principles to their own program decisions.
