In addition ISM has negotiated a special rate with the Hyatt, which will charge participants a daily rate of $207 plus tax for room and all meals. This special rate has been set at the U.S. per diem rate for housing of $148 (plus applicable taxes) for hotel plus $59 for meals and incidentals. All meals and special functions will be included in this rate.

Hotel reservations should be made by February 15, although participants are encouraged to make reservations early to guarantee the negotiated rate at the conference hotel. Individuals must make their own reservations by calling Hyatt Regency Hotel at 410-528-1234 by February 15, 2007. Be sure to mention the “Innovations in Social Marketing Conference” when registering.
